Our story
Haven began with a simple, stubborn belief: nobody should have to fragment themselves into different apps to be okay. Your mind, your money, and your body are one life — so we built one place to meet you there.
Every feature, post, and policy gets one question first: does this make someone feel safer?
Anonymous-friendly by default. Your story stays yours. Always.
Mental, financial, and physical health are one conversation. We treat them that way.
There's no streak, no badge, no algorithm rushing you. Heal at your pace.
Community guidelines
Lead with kindness. Even when you disagree. Especially then.
No fixing without consent. Sometimes people need to be heard, not solved. Ask before advising.
Protect each other's privacy. What's shared here stays here. Don't screenshot. Don't share names.
Crisis support comes first. If someone is in danger, tag a moderator and link safety resources.
Creator & Founder
I've struggled — quietly, for a long time — both mentally and financially. I know what it's like to keep it all behind a smile while the inside is falling apart, and to feel like the weight of it has to be carried alone.
Haven is the place I needed back then. A space for people to feel heard, to be seen, and hopefully helped — a community of people who are also figuring out everyday life, so that nobody has to do the hard parts alone.
