You must be at least 18 years old to use Haven. The community discusses financial pressure, mental health, and lived adult experiences, so we limit access to adults. By signing up, you confirm you are 18 or over and can enter into this agreement.

Haven — including the AI companion — provides peer support and general information. It is not medical, mental health, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, please use crisis resources.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Haven a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and moderate your content so the service can run.

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate them, infringe rights, or put others at risk.

If you believe content on Haven is illegal — including defamation, hate speech, or copyright infringement — please report it via the Report button on the post or reply. We'll review, act where appropriate, and let you know the outcome.

We may update or change parts of Haven over time. We'll do our best to keep the service running, but we can't guarantee it will be available without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, Haven is provided "as is" and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
